Pricing and Inclusions:
Tiny house lot is only $300 per month + utilities.
There is a one-time “key money” payment of $5k to get in.
Rent increases are capped, so they can’t go up faster than our property taxes.
Lawn care and snow removal included
Utilities: water, sewer, electricity, and internet to each lot. Renters are responsible for their own utility costs.
Lease Term: 6 months to 3 years leases for the lot.
